AIR : Airline detecteur
This
apparatus complete our product range for in line detection of ultra small
airlines in glass fibre. It was designed to cover the whole glass section
even without spinning.

Ξ Characteristics
- Detection of airline as mall as 0.7 µm diameter in the whole fibre
at the frequency of 300Hz, then every 10cm at drawing speed of 30m/s.
Ξ Other functions
- Fibre length pulse counting and fibre speed computing.
- Defects recording with their positions in the fibre length.
Ξ Outputs
- Static relais : alarm, defect...
- Serial link RS232C : access to internal parameters, data logging, maintenance.
Comes with the PC software.
