PC software to collect, record and display
instruments data and generate production report.
From a dedicated PC, this software collect all the data from our CERSA-MCI instruments on one same draw tower to record and display them, to edit production reports per spool and preform, including statistics, events (faults) with location in the spool. The PLC can get any data it needs from the PC for process control through a single serial link. The supervisory screen here below shows the measures and the events according to time in one view.
