CERSA-MCI sustains a continuous research and development investment in close cooperation with its customers for the evolution of its instruments and the development of new ones.
Our customers benefit of no risk and of a minimum development investment to get the instruments they need with the benefit of an high level of specialized and skill team.
The cumulated experience of our company is also proposed to companies that would like to develop specific instruments for their needs.

Optical fibers- Spinning measurement on optical fibre draw towers with the : LIS-G Experimentations running. availability by January 2008
- High speed coating diameter and defect detection : lump, neck, airline,
coating concentricity, bubbles, delaminations : LIS-C
- availability by May 2010..
Fils et câbles
- Absolute diameter measurement for fine wires. Reference wire update
and supply of standard wires for our LDSN instruments. Availability by
July 2007
- LPS-H3: Diameter measurement at 20 kHz on 3 axes. Applications to
diameter measurement and lump ad neck detection on cables, tubes - New version availability by November 2010..
- SQM-Fine: Surface Quality Measurement (international patent) for very
fine diameters. 330,000 circumferences per second and 64 dots per circumference.
An ultra high speed ring camera. Application to fine wires, optical fibre,
fine insulated wires. Availability: by November 2010.
- SQM-Large: Surface Quality Measurement and fine defect detection on cables, tubes, with 20,000 to 40,000 circumferences per second and 3000 dots per circumference. Range from 1 to 80mm diameters. Availability: by March 2011.
